Shipping
We ship from Lakeland, Florida to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). For Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory, email sales@insight-underground.com for a shipping quote.
At checkout you enter your delivery address first, and the shipping charge is shown before you pay.
- UPS Ground, priced by ZIP code for the Standard Prowler, Prowler Max, PT Prowler Standard and PT Prowler Max camera systems and the TPL200 locator. The price is UPS’s published Ground rate for the boxes each one ships in, including UPS’s fuel, oversize-box and seasonal surcharges. Each product page shows its price range. Camera systems arrive in 5–7 business days; the locator in 3–5 business days.
- $50 standard shipping for parts and accessories, such as camera heads, reterm kits and light modules. Arrives in 3–5 business days.
- $350 freight shipping for other large equipment, such as the Mini Prowler, 360° manhole camera kits, push cables, monitor boxes, tripods, poles and the SMARTSHORE trench shield. Arrives in 5–7 business days.
- The flat rate is charged once per order: an order with both pays the $350 freight rate, not both. UPS-priced items are added on top.
- Warranty extensions ship nothing and carry no shipping charge.
Local pickup in Lakeland, FL is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll call or text you after you pay to set a pickup time and send the address.
After you order, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Returns
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive as ordered and in working condition.
Defective items can be returned. If something arrives defective or damaged, email sales@insight-underground.com with your order number and a description of the problem (photos help), and we’ll arrange the return with you.
