Insight 360 is operated by Insight Underground Solutions, LLC. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site and place an order.

What we collect

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.

When you complete an order, we receive and keep:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your billing and shipping addresses
• the items you bought and the amount you paid
• whether you chose shipping or local pickup, and how you heard about us

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page reload. It isn’t sent to us until you check out. If you arrived through a link we sent (for example in an email), your browser also remembers that link’s short tag for 60 days and includes it with your order, so we know which message brought you here.

What we don’t do

This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics trackers, and we don’t sell your information.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.

Who else handles it

• Stripe, which processes payments
• Vercel, which hosts this site and may log basic request data such as IP addresses
• Supabase, which stores our order records

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email sales@insight-underground.com. We may need to keep order records for accounting and tax purposes.
